My name is Bart Summers and in the next few minutes, I'd like to show you how you can start winning bike races no matter how well you're going right now or what results you've had so far this season.

For many years I like you set out my goals for my bike racing season, put in a good solid winter and launche myself into races full of expectation, desire and the will to win.
But each time I did this, I found myself starting the year in great form only to gradually find myself getting slower as the year went on and my hard-earned racing form slipping away from me.
Perhaps this has happened to you as well?
I noticed that around the mid-point of the season, I began to experience an unexplained lack of "Zipp" in my legs and began to struggle in races both physically and mentally.
In short, I was getting slower instead of faster! For the longest time I couldn't understand why. But then one year, I remembered something a mentor of mine had said to me right back in those early days when I started bike racing.
