The goal at Total Fitness Running Camp is to stimulate a love for running in youth athletes, by teaching them how to accelerate their own progress and success. The Director of Total Fitness is Olympian Ian Weakly and he will be inviting various Olympic and World Champions to share their experience and knowledge with you. You will be working with some of the country's best coaches and athletes. We are able to offer an unforgettable growth experience regardless of age or experience.
We promise you will leave Total Fitness Running Camp with renewed energy, enthusiasm, and improved self-confidence-all keys to your growth as a runner, sprinter, vaulter, jumper, shot putter or hurdler. Total Fitness Running Camp helps runners become better, faster,and smarter athletes. We provide an educational and inspirational experience for campers of all ages, skill levels, and abilities. Runners leave camp with increased running knowledge, new friends, and an enhanced love for the sport. Many of our camp directors are world-class athletes themselves. They share your passion for running and have made a career of sharing their knowledge and experience with hundreds of athletes just like yourself. The camp director and his carefully chosen staff never lose sight of the fact that great athletes are created one at a time. Our focus is individualized instruction and we expect great RESULTS!

Total Fitness Camp completely immerse you in the sport, giving you the kind of focused, intensive training that is essential to improvement. The director offer highly individualized training programs for runners whether they are at a beginning, recreational, or competitive level.
What’s included?
• Professional coaching instruction and activities
(start time 9.00 am and end time 3.00 pm) lunch 12.00-1.00 pm
• All campers receive a Total Fitness Running Camp T-shirt and a Total Fitness Camp Graduation Certificate
• Informational sessions on Track & Field events and Cross Country, Nutrition,
Weight Training, Exercise Physiology, & Running Mechanics
Supervision and SafetyThe well being of each camper is the primary concern of the director and staff. Drugs, alcohol and smoking are strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule is grounds for immediate dismissal from camp without refund.
