CONSULTATIONS

Fitness: All clients need to have a comprehensive assessment session to determine their fitness level before working out. Our complimentary consultation addresses the 5 components of fitness by testing your aerobic capacity (3 minute step test), muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body fat composition. This thorough physical fitness assessment will enable us to determine your needs. You will leave this session empowered with the beginning steps to makeover your body and health.

Prior to performing a fitness evaluation you should know the following:
Do not workout or consume alcohol 24 hours prior to test
Do not consume caffeine, cigarettes or food for at least 2 hours before test.

Nutrition: This session will educate and transition you into an individualized nutritional program. The programs success is based on the philosophy that each person has to have realistic goals, become educated, and gradually change eating habits. By the end of the nutritional consultation, you will know exactly what is required of you in order to achieve the goals that you have established.
